Job Description
Chainguard is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to steer important, high-impact initiatives across teams. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual who can translate strategy into motion and results. This role involves building the foundation for how secure software gets delivered at Chainguard and across the industry.
What this role involves:
- Wrangling complexity by breaking down big ideas into achievable plans.
- Driving alignment by translating vision into shared goals across teams.
- Owning delivery from kickoff through launch, tracking progress, and managing risk.
- Bringing clarity by keeping stakeholders informed and using data to guide decisions.
- Working across engineering, product, security, and leadership to keep everyone on the same page.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs in high-growth or technical environments.
- Technical fluency with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling teams.
- Ability to influence without authority and bring structure without red tape.
