Ai Productivity Analyst

Job Description

Dialpad is seeking an AI Productivity Analyst to identify and implement AI solutions that drive productivity gains across the company. This role involves collaborating with various departments to pinpoint process bottlenecks and evaluate third-party AI tools. The AI Productivity Analyst will design and execute experiments to measure the impact of AI solutions, develop ROI models, and support the implementation and training of selected tools.Responsibilities:

• Partner with functional leads to map high-value process bottlenecks.
• Research and demo external GenAI & ML products.
• Design and run structured experiments to quantify productivity impact.
• Develop and present ROI models to senior leadership.
• Support implementation of selected solutions.
• Track business unit KPIs and OKRs post-deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable technical degree.
• Demonstrated hands-on fluency with GenAI tools.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and machine learning concepts.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to design experiments and interpret metrics.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Curiosity, bias for action, and ownership mentality.
