Job Description

TIER-Dott, a leading European shared micro-mobility company, is seeking a Workshop Coordinator Intern to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam. This is a 6-month internship starting in 2025, offering hands-on experience in workshop and engineering management.

The intern will support the Vehicle Product team in maintaining efficient and safe workshop environments across mechanical, electrical, and battery/test lab areas. The role involves developing inventory processes, managing tools and equipment, ensuring health and safety compliance, and optimizing workshop layouts.

Role Involves:

• Developing effective inventory processes for parts and vehicles.
• Managing and maintaining workshop tools and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.
• Designing and building tailored workbenches and toolkits.
• Optimizing workshop layouts to improve efficiency.
• Organizing and maintaining storage of tools and equipment.
• Selling unused equipment to streamline the workspace.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Workshop or hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of general workshop tools and equipment.
• Strong interest in process optimization and safety management.
• Business fluent in English.
