Softermii, an outsourcing/outstaffing company with over 8 years of experience, is seeking a Middle Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the development team, ensuring successful project delivery. This role involves planning and managing project tasks, overseeing the project budget, and adapting plans to changing business requirements. The ideal candidate will contribute ideas to improve efficiency and foster a positive team environment.

• Act as a primary point of contact between the customer and the development team
• Plan and manage project tasks and releases

Requirements include:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in project management
• Experience with gambling and the casino domain
• Advanced English level
• Proven experience in creating roadmaps, charts, and reports
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Proficiency in using project management tools and wiki systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Data visualization expertise
• Practical experience and understanding of the pre-sale process
• Experience in project scope decomposition and estimation
• High-level understanding of team composition
• Extensive experience in preparing User Stories and documenting Acceptance Criteria
• Ability to review UI/UX designs
• Strong understanding of business flows and processes
• Ability to simplify solutions
• Experience in managing Change Requests and risks
