Responsibilities:

• Evolve backend architecture to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Demonstrated leadership in adopting agile methodologies.
• Expertise in deconstructing complex problems.
• Proactive approach to enhancing engineering technologies.
• Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of early-stage company challenges.
