Job Description
Garner Health is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to enhance program management, maximize ROI, and drive marketing tech innovation. This role involves collaboration with revenue, finance, and operations teams, reporting to the VP of Demand Generation. The position is fully remote.

What this role involves:
  • Owning marketing reporting and analyzing channel and campaign performance.
  • Managing the marketing programs budget and ensuring ROI targets are exceeded.
  • Evolving the marketing tech stack and partnering with the Office of the CMO and RevOps.
  • Managing Campaign Operations and Tracking, building scalable workflows.
  • Owning lead management and lifecycle stages, designing workflows for efficient sales handoff.
  • Owning marketing data strategy and governance for data capture and segmentation.


Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles.
  • Familiarity with complex sales cycles and multi-touch attribution.
  • Experience implementing and owning Hubspot.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward action.
