Job Description
SpotOn is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance its recruiting strategy. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with the Regional Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to source talent, manage requisitions, and plan strategic recruiting initiatives. This role impacts the company’s employer brand and bottom line.

The role involves:
  • Sourcing talent for the Sales organization.
  • Monitoring recruiting activities and ROI.
  • Building relationships with hiring managers.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to develop talent brand collateral.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, and/or university relations.
  • Willingness to work from the Chicago office 2-3 times per week.
  • Understanding of the recruiting function and process.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive solutions based on data.
  • Creativity in finding talent.
  • Experience working with underrepresented communities (a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
