Job Description
SpotOn is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance its recruiting strategy. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with the Regional Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to source talent, manage requisitions, and plan strategic recruiting initiatives. This role impacts the company’s employer brand and bottom line.
The role involves:
- Sourcing talent for the Sales organization.
- Monitoring recruiting activities and ROI.
- Building relationships with hiring managers.
- Partnering with stakeholders to develop talent brand collateral.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, and/or university relations.
- Willingness to work from the Chicago office 2-3 times per week.
- Understanding of the recruiting function and process.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive solutions based on data.
- Creativity in finding talent.
- Experience working with underrepresented communities (a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
