Dispatch Supervisor

Job Description

Nabis, the #1 Licensed Cannabis Wholesale Platform, is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to support Delivery Drivers and ensure smooth operations in either Reno, NV or Las Vegas, NV. This role involves assisting drivers with product drop-offs, payment pickups, and customer communication, as well as serving as the first point of escalation for clients and dispensaries. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and empathetic, with excellent communication skills.Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling liaison for drivers and dispatchers
• Monitoring Samsara for long-haul movement and coordinating roadside assistance
• Reviewing orders and ensuring METRC accuracy
• Updating drivers’ delivery screens
• Receiving, tracking, and staging cross-hub orders
• Ensuring correct staging of paperwork
• Offloading long-haul deliveries
• Updating drivers’ documentation
• Assisting drivers at retail shops
• Routing pickups and deliveries
• Fielding calls from manufacturers, dispensaries, and drivers
• Documenting layover orders
• Ensuring proper pre-loading of vehicles
• Rescheduling orders
• Confirming window times and payment pickups
• Assisting with overnight long-haul launches
• Serving as a back-up driver as needed

Requirements:

• Associate's degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
• Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, stretch, twist
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
• Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
• Cannabis/METRC experience is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Basic math skills
