Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead to join their Global Payroll Operations Team. This role is fully remote and based in Australia. The Payroll Specialist Lead will be a subject matter expert for Australia, managing end-to-end payroll processing, statutory filing requirements, and compliance. They will also maintain relationships with stakeholders, focus on KPIs and SLAs, implement process improvements, and mentor payroll specialists.
What this role involves: - Managing end-to-end payroll processing in-house.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory filing requirements.
- Maintaining data integrity and quality.
- Performing accounting and reconciliations.
- Focusing on KPIs and SLAs.

- Mentoring and supporting payroll specialists.
