Job Description

Naughty Dog, a studio under Sony Interactive Entertainment, is seeking an IT Coordinator to join their IT team. This role is crucial for maintaining and improving the systems and workflows that keep the studio's infrastructure running smoothly. The IT Coordinator will act as a vital link between teams, vendors, and users.

Role involves:

• Tracking and managing IT hardware and software assets.
• Coordinating the shipping, receiving, and inventory updates of equipment.
• Overseeing secure e-waste disposal.
• Administering user accounts and licenses.
• Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Providing Tier 1–2 technical support.
• Maintaining mobile device setups and workplace technology.
• Assisting with project tracking and IT initiatives.
• Documenting IT procedures and FAQs.
• Serving as a liaison with vendors and the Finance team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in IT support or administration.
• Expertise in IT asset tracking systems.
• Fluency with data-driven reporting tools.
• Experience managing software licenses.
• Familiarity with user onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Windows environments and IT ticketing systems.
• Comfortable using productivity and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications.
