Team Lead - Tech Academy

Job Description

Adyen is seeking a Team Lead for their Tech Academy in Amsterdam. Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution. The Tech Enablement Team helps teams work better together by introducing shared practices. The Tech Academy accelerates skill development and embeds consistent ways of working across global teams.The Team Lead will define the strategy, build the team, and shape scalable learning programs. This role requires a hands-on, strategic individual who can reimagine and rebuild the Academy.What this role involves:

• Building, leading, and developing a high-performing team.
• Defining and delivering a new learning strategy for the Tech Academy.
• Partnering with Tech leadership and collaborating with L&D.
• Driving the creation and adoption of learning solutions.
• Driving the adoption of shared practices and technical excellence.
• Using data and feedback to assess effectiveness and improve programs.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in learning & development or technical enablement.
• At least 3 years of experience building and leading teams.
• Deep familiarity with how Engineering, Product, and UX teams collaborate.
• Skilled at influencing and aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for learning and constantly refining processes.
