OKX is seeking a Social Media Lead for Europe to craft its social and cultural presence. The Social Media Lead will lead the global social team, create innovative executions with crypto influencers, and grow social communities. This role involves defining storytelling on social media, bringing posts to life, and collaborating with influencers.

• Ideating, overseeing, and executing social storytelling on various platforms.
• Working with influencers to create community programs and video content.
• Generating influencer briefs and prompts.
• Growing a community of crypto and OKX evangelists.
• Exploring new trends and delivering innovative social content.
• Creating strategic frameworks and copy for campaigns.
• Collaborating with internal departments.
• Creating SOPs for effective collaboration.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in social media or brand marketing.
• Experience in crypto or web3.
• Experience creating for social media channels.
• Social capital and experience with top creators and influencers in Europe.
• Knowledge of memes and popular culture.
• Framework thinking and an owner mentality.
• Strong project management skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and design skills.
• Proficiency in social design tools (Figma, Canva).
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Prioritization skills and ability to manage social projects and campaigns.
