Job Description

A well-established company is seeking a Treasury Specialist to join their team in Bangkok. The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely cash collection, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing Bill Placement process and submitting invoices to customers
  • Issuing Receipt/Tax invoices and following up on Withholding Tax Certificates from Customers
  • Monitoring AR Aging reports and following up on cash collection from clients
  • Daily updating Cash forecast vs Actual cash collection
  • Filing Billing Notes, Invoices, Receipt/Tax Invoices, Received Vouchers, and WHT by Month
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (new graduates are welcome)
  • Understanding of AR processes, invoicing, and reconciliation
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate in English is a plus
