EarnIn is seeking a Member Experience Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for a customer-obsessed individual who enjoys solving problems and delivering exceptional customer care. The Member Experience Associate will be part of an elite team focused on building the future of customer care at EarnIn. This is an in-office role, 5 days a week, in Mountain View, CA, with some weekend shift flexibility required.
What this role involves:
- Resolving customer problems and complaints.
- Recommending solutions and guiding customers through product features.
- Providing empathetic customer service focused on the human aspect.
- Monitoring, investigating, and researching customer issues.
- Documenting insights, procedures, and processes.
- Identifying customer needs and communicating new products and features.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer experience-related role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Empathetic customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with multiple tools and software.
- Willingness to travel up to 8 weeks per year.
