PlayQ, a rapidly growing entertainment and technology company, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive talent strategies for its global team. The Senior Recruiter will own the full recruitment life cycle, including pipeline strategy, employer branding, and candidate experience for key roles within the studio. Role Involves:

• Executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
• Delivering employer branding efforts to position PlayQ as an employer of choice.
• Owning the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Tracking and exceeding key recruitment performance indicators.
• Ensuring an engaging candidate experience.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Driving automation by optimizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Reporting on recruitment progress and assessing areas for improvement.
• Partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment on talent needs.
• Assisting with office facilities and operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in gaming, tech, or entertainment.
• Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and talent analytics/reporting.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and hire across multiple functions, especially in a technical recruitment capacity.
• Experience sourcing for highly technical professionals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of modern recruitment practices.
• Proven ability to partner with key stakeholders.
• Agility in approaching complex problem sets.
