Guidepost Montessori School in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a Lead Children's House Guide. This role involves supporting a mixed-age class of preschool children in a Montessori environment, fostering independence and a love of learning.Guidepost Montessori emphasizes a carefully prepared environment where children can explore and learn at their own pace. The Lead Guide will play a crucial role in observing each child, preparing the environment, cultivating independence, providing lessons, and communicating with parents.Role involves:

• Observing children to understand their needs.
• Preparing an orderly environment.
• Cultivating independence and self-confidence.
• Providing individual and small-group lessons.
• Forming personal connections with children.
• Communicating with parents.

An ideal candidate:

• Has or is willing to obtain a Montessori diploma for 3-6 year olds.
• Has experience working with children ages 3-6 in a group setting.
• Is familiar with child-led philosophies or open to learning more.
