Guidepost Montessori School at Prosperity is seeking a Lead Spanish-Speaking Children's House Guide. This role involves empowering 3 to 6-year-olds to gain independence and a love of learning. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of preschool children in a Montessori environment.Guidepost Montessori emphasizes a carefully prepared environment that fosters independence. The guide provides personalized support, working with children individually and in small groups, demonstrating the use of materials, and helping them understand their experiences. The environment and support help children develop skills and confidence.Role involves:

• Observing each child to understand their needs.
• Preparing an orderly environment.
• Cultivating independence.
• Providing individual and small-group lessons.
• Forming personal connections and cultivating a community of respect.
• Communicating and collaborating with parents.

Ideal candidate has:

• Obtained or is willing to obtain a Montessori diploma for 3-6.
• Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a group setting.
• Familiarity with child-led philosophies or open to learning more.
• Native or Fluent Spanish Speaker.
