Guidepost Montessori is seeking an idealistic and ambitious Elementary Teacher to work in Hollywood Beach, Florida. This role combines teaching in an elementary classroom with piloting innovations and implementing program advancements. The teacher will receive intensive on-the-job training and collaborate with colleagues nationwide.Guidepost Montessori offers a unique educational approach with classrooms designed for students, featuring mixed seating, beautiful materials, and a makerspace. The curriculum spans from birth through adulthood, focusing on student agency.What the role involves:

• Leading a Montessori elementary classroom (grades 1-3)
• Supporting a mixed-age class with small group and individual lessons
• Creating lesson plans with program experts
• Fostering a classroom culture that values effort and inquiry
• Communicating with parents about student progress
• Collaborating with a team to improve the classroom
• Participating in a network of educators and developers
• Joining a fully-paid two-year Montessori teacher training program
• Partnering with local middle school and online school staff
• Engaging with the research and development team
