Guidepost Montessori is seeking an enthusiastic Elementary Teacher to join their team in Folsom, CA. This role combines teaching in an elementary classroom with collaborating with experts to pilot innovations and implement program advancements. The teacher will receive intensive training and work with colleagues across the country to support students' development.

The Elementary Teacher will:

• Lead a Montessori elementary classroom for grades 1-6.
• Support students with lessons and real-world extensions.
• Collaborate with program experts to create lesson plans.
• Foster a classroom culture that values effort and inquiry.
• Communicate with parents about student progress.
• Participate in a network of educators to improve the program.
