Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Spanish Toddler Teacher for their school in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role involves nurturing toddlers in a Montessori environment designed for growth and independence. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of toddler children, fostering independence and captivating their interest.
Role Involves:
- Observing each child to understand their needs.
- Preparing an orderly environment that fosters trust and independence.
- Cultivating independence and self-confidence.
- Providing lessons to encourage practical life skills and language development.
- Forming personal connections with each child and cultivating a community of respect.
- Communicating and collaborating with parents.
Requirements:
- Interest in pursuing certified Montessori training or previous Montessori diploma.
- Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group setting.
- Familiarity with child-led philosophies or openness to learning more.
- Native or Fluent Spanish Speaker
