Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher for their Palm Beach Gardens, Florida school. The Lead Guide will nurture toddlers in an environment designed for growth and independence. The role involves supporting a mixed-age class of toddler-age children in a Montessori environment, preparing the environment, fostering independence, and providing personalized support to each child.Guidepost Montessori is looking for someone who will bring their best to support every child in reaching their highest potential.

• Observing each child to understand their needs
• Preparing an orderly environment

An ideal candidate:

• Is interested in pursuing Montessori training or has a Montessori diploma
• Has experience working with children ages 0-3
