Guidepost Montessori at Prosperity is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to nurture toddlers in a prepared environment designed for their growth and independence. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of toddler-age children, fostering independence and captivating their interest.Role involves:

• Observing each child to understand their needs.
• Preparing an orderly environment that fosters trust and exploration.
• Cultivating independence and self-confidence.
• Providing lessons to encourage practical life skills and language development.
• Forming personal connections with each child and fostering a community of respect.
• Communicating and collaborating with parents.

An ideal candidate:

• Is interested in pursuing certified Montessori training or has a Montessori diploma.
• Has experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group setting.
• Is familiar with child-led philosophies or open to learning more.
