Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher for their school at Celebration Park in Federal Way, WA. This role offers the opportunity to nurture toddlers in an environment designed for growth and independence. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of toddler-age children in a Montessori environment.
Role Involves:
  • Observing each child to understand their needs.
  • Preparing an orderly environment.
  • Cultivating independence and self-confidence.
  • Providing lessons to encourage practical life skills and language.
  • Forming personal connections with each child.
  • Communicating with parents.
Ideal Candidate Has:
  • Interest in Montessori training or prior Montessori diploma.
  • Experience working with children ages 0-3.
  • Familiarity with child-led philosophies.
  • 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in ECE or Child Development.
