StockX is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of operations for their team, including supply chain management. The Operations Manager will lead, mentor, and coach their team to manage order fulfillment, labor management, inventory accuracy, and material procurement. This role involves using analytical methods to understand and enhance supply chain processes, assembling data, analyzing performance, and developing solutions. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with business teams on growth strategies.
Supervise and train Verification Center teams
Establish team member responsibilities
Ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
Provide reporting on key performance metrics
Lead meetings with suppliers
Manage an operations budget
Work cross-functionally for process improvements
Manage supply chain and finished goods inventory
Coordinate delivery schedules
Fluent in English & Korean
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field - preferred
5-7 years of supply chain/warehouse management, operations, retail fulfillment experience; 2-3 years in a leadership capacity
On-site warehouse/facility management experience
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
P&L/Budget management experience
Ability to lead, mentor, motivate, and manage a large team
Advanced subject matter knowledge in warehouse operations
Confident in making independent decisions
Excellent interpersonal skills
