Job Description
Tatari, a company revolutionizing TV advertising, is seeking a Client Service Manager to join its Agency Relationship team. This role involves being the main point of contact for a set number of agencies and their clients, building strong relationships, and providing insight-led thinking. The Client Service Manager will collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs, prepare and present weekly performance presentations, and recommend optimizations.
  • Act as primary contact and trusted advisor to agency and client partners.
  • Collaborate with the Media Buying team on a weekly basis.
  • Become an expert of all-things Tatari.
  • Craft strategic narratives with agency partners.
  • Spend time building relationships with agency and client partners (up to 10% travel).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, statistics, or business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in post-sales account management at an agency.
  • Proficient understanding of linear and streaming TV landscape.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to tell a story with data.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical terms and concepts.

The position is based in Los Angeles and requires a hybrid RTO of 2 days per week.
