Job Description
Tatari, a company revolutionizing TV advertising, is seeking a Client Service Manager to join its Agency Relationship team. This role involves being the main point of contact for a set number of agencies and their clients, building strong relationships, and providing insight-led thinking. The Client Service Manager will collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs, prepare and present weekly performance presentations, and recommend optimizations.
- Act as primary contact and trusted advisor to agency and client partners.
- Collaborate with the Media Buying team on a weekly basis.
- Become an expert of all-things Tatari.
- Craft strategic narratives with agency partners.
- Spend time building relationships with agency and client partners (up to 10% travel).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, statistics, or business administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in post-sales account management at an agency.
- Proficient understanding of linear and streaming TV landscape.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to tell a story with data.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical terms and concepts.

The position is based in Los Angeles and requires a hybrid RTO of 2 days per week.
