Job Description
Tatari is seeking a Client Services Manager to join its Agency Relationship team. Tatari is revolutionizing TV advertising, working with disruptor brands to grow their business using linear and streaming TV ads. The company's platform combines media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience.

In this role, the Client Service Manager will be the main point of contact for a set number of agencies and their clients. He/She will build strong client relationships and be seen as a leader by clients, driven by insight-led thinking and an in-depth knowledge of the clients’ business. The Client Service Manager will use their management skills to work across internal departments to ensure that client needs are met, and prepare and present weekly presentations for clients highlighting performance and recommending optimizations.

Role involves:
  • Acting as primary contact and trusted advisor to agency + client partners
  • Collaborating with the Media Buying team on a weekly basis
  • Becoming an expert of all-things Tatari
  • Crafting strategic narratives with agency partners
  • Building relationships with agency + client partners (up to 10% travel)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in post sales account management at an agency
  • Proficient understanding of linear and streaming TV landscape
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to tell a story with data
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical terms and concepts
  • Great presentation and listening skills
