The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and improving core operational processes, collaborating across teams to solve problems, and driving initiatives that enhance the user experience.About The Role

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in payments, fintech, or tech industries is highly valued.
• Excellent/High level of Spanish & English, written and oral. Exclusive requirement.
• Experience working with databases, APIs, or other operational tools is a plus.
