Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of growth-focused agency partners. This role involves building relationships with agency partners and enabling Shopify system integrators and digital agencies in North America to implement, refer, and manage Bloomreach solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating mutually beneficial partnerships and driving sourced and influenced revenue.
Responsibilities:
Build, own, and grow a portfolio of agency partnerships.
Generate partner-sourced pipeline and influenced business, achieving quarterly targets.
Support partners through the entire sales cycle.
Create strategic business plans with partners.
Develop strategic enablement and "market to" plans.
Create scalable and effective partner marketing activities.
Identify and recruit the right partners.
Build strong relationships with internal team members.
Facilitate collaboration between Bloomreach teams and partners.
Nurture relationships with partners through industry events and enablement sessions.
Evaluate potential partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
3+ years of quota-carrying experience in Channel Sales selling software or SaaS.
3-5 years of experience in Commerce, Marketing agency, or technology companies.
Deep knowledge of online/internet/digital marketing technology and eco-system.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue quota.
Well-established presence in the industry with a strong network.
Experience collaborating with C-level executives.
Desire to learn, coachable, and naturally curious.
Detail-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
Ability to adapt to new environments and use initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong time management skills and a positive attitude.
Bloomreach offers:
On target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $120,000-$150,000, consisting of base plus commission.
