Job Description
PHD EMEA is seeking an Account Director to lead a dynamic team for a premium fashion brand client. This pivotal role involves owning key client relationships and ensuring excellent media strategies, plans, and activations to grow their business. The Account Director will be the hub of all client-related projects, supported by experts in Strategy, Planning, Commerce, and Activation. The role offers a unique development experience in a fast-moving centralized buying hub.The Role Involves:
  • Senior client management and cementing PHD as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Overseeing day-to-day client servicing and ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Identifying roadblocks and aligning on solutions with the team.
  • Setting the account roadmap and owning HBRs that deliver strategic priorities.
  • Directly managing a team of four and having dotted line responsibility for the central digital activation hub.
  • Overseeing Planning Director and Planning Manager outputs.
  • Leading on key strategic initiatives alongside the Strategy Director and Commerce Director.
  • Ensuring excellent financial management and overseeing the billing process.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a media or client-service related role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized approach to structuring and prioritizing work.
  • Passion for trying new things and continuous learning.
  • Comfortable discussing various media topics with confidence.
  • Line management experience with proven ability to support, mentor, and coach team members.
  • Fluency in English.
