Fortra is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of its customer base through prospecting target accounts and utilizing ABS tools. The Inside Sales Representative will follow up on outbound campaigns, identify and qualify business opportunities, and provide mentorship and training to new Inside Sales Representatives.
Identify and qualify business opportunities
Initiate telephone calls to develop relationships
Navigate the sales process
Communicate customer demand and trends internally
Develop and maintain excellent relationships
Document all communications in CRM tool
Prioritize tasks and multi-task
Provide cross-sell referrals
Mentor new ISRs
Serve as a resource for innovative ideas
Lead prospecting strategy
Attend tradeshows to generate leads
Achieve annual quota
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing
One year experience in a Business Development Representative or Inside Sales Representative role
Ability to learn technical components of software products
Ability to successfully prospect solutions to potential customers
Confident and positive attitude
High degree of customer focus and relationship orientation
Strong influence management for collaboration with stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and time-management skills
Proven record of accomplishment of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
Self-motivated and results driven
Proficiency in English
