Intercom is seeking a Principal Private Equity Partnerships Manager to build relationships with private equity firms and their portfolio companies. This role is crucial for accelerating the adoption of Intercom’s AI solution, Fin, within high-growth companies undergoing digital transformation. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS with a consultative mindset.
The role involves:
Identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders at private equity firms.
Creating scalable engagement models and joint go-to-market strategies.
Collaborating with Intercom’s sales, marketing, product, and success teams.
Requirements:
8+ years in partner management, business development, or sales, with a focus on B2B and SaaS environments.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful Private Equity partnerships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Ability to work with data and generate actionable insights to inform partnership strategies.
