Product Analyst

Job Description

Localcoin, a rapidly growing Bitcoin ATM operator, is seeking a Product Analyst to be the insight engine behind product strategy, compliance initiatives, and market expansion. The Product Analyst will work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Growth, and Operations teams, transforming raw data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations. This role is based in Etobicoke, ON, and offers a hybrid work schedule.Responsibilities:

• Own product metrics by defining, instrumenting, and maintaining KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to investigate usage patterns and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain self-serve BI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B testing) to provide statistically sound insights.
• Quantify risk exposure and help automate alerts for compliance and risk insights.
• Translate complex findings into concise presentations for executives.
• Champion data quality and collaborate on ETL/dbt models.
• Coach product managers and business users on analytic best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Product, Data, or Business Analysis at fintech, crypto, payments, or other regulated financial-services companies.
• Fluent in SQL and comfortable with Python.
• Hands-on experience with a modern BI/analytics platform.
• Proven track record of defining metrics and driving data-informed decisions.
• Ability to work with messy, unstructured data.
• Strong communication skills to translate data insights for non-data audiences.
