Grafana Labs is seeking a Strategic Channel Manager for the Benelux & Nordics region. This role is pivotal in developing and executing the partner go-to-market strategy within the region. The Channel Manager will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and leadership to align sales efforts with product and technical developments. This position offers the opportunity to shape the role and strategy within a rapidly growing company where partners are a core element of its go-to-market approach.Responsibilities include:
  • Owning partner opportunity identification and deal acceleration activities.
  • Leading the identification, activation, and development efforts for regional partners.
  • Developing partner capabilities, co-sell motions, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Establishing strong executive relationships to create partnership business plans.
  • Managing pipeline and revenue commitments.
  • Providing input on message alignment and operational coordination.
Requirements include:
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales.
  • Experience selling SaaS and/or open source technology.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement at high-growth startups.
  • Experience in consultative sales.
  • Proven experience developing a high performing Channels strategy.
