Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Majors Account Executive, Growth to expand business in the APAC region. The role involves identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with existing customers, including major retailers. The Majors Account Executive will manage forecasts and track customer data, employing a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and articulate the value of Grafana's products.Responsibilities include:
- Identifying new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within current customers.
- Meeting and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Managing all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
- Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Understanding and conveying the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
- Managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
- A demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment.
- Being energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and a tenacious team player.
- Adaptability and experience in high-velocity technology companies.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Familiarity with open-source technology (a significant advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in all channels.
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
