Job Description

Grafana Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their Commercial Solutions Engineering team. This role involves being a customer-facing product expert, enabling Grafana Labs' growth by educating potential and existing customers. The Solutions Engineer will share technical and product expertise through demos, presentations, and technical evaluations.

The Solutions Engineer will partner with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and serve as a communication bridge between customers and the Product Management and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition.
  • Owning the technical engagement with customers.
  • Delivering product and technical presentations.
  • Proactively communicating with customers and internal teams.
  • Driving product conversations based on customer needs.
  • Enhancing documentation and creating enablement material.

Requirements:

  • Located in the East Region of the United States.
  • 1-3+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies.
  • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
