Glean is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join their team in Bangalore. Glean's mission is to bring people the knowledge they need to make a difference in the world. The Sales Operations Associate will oversee activities related to the annual planning cycle, project manage various initiatives, and build analytical models. They will also lead the design and implementation of sales incentive compensation plans, partner with the finance team on order management, and drive continuous process improvements.

• Overseeing and driving activities related to the annual planning cycle
• Project managing various initiatives

• Reporting and analyzing key business performance metrics

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of work experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting
• Project management experience
• Cross-functional experience
• Experience in strategic advisory
• Strong analytical skills
• Comfort with Excel & Powerpoint
• Ability to work with CRM (Salesforce)
• Willingness to learn and pick up new skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
