IT Support Coordinator

Job Description

GOAT Group is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to manage IT operations and support for its European locations. This role is primarily remote but requires annual travel to European locations and occasional on-site support in London.Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize support requests for hardware, software, and AV equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote support to users.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and manage IT inventory.
• Handle access requests and enforce security protocols.
• Provide support to a global workforce.
• Coordinate IT projects and company initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• College degree preferred (Technical/Business or equivalent experience).
• Experience with technology & software procurement.
• Experience with IT asset management and an ITSM inventory system.
• Experience with managing access control.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to support a global workforce across different time zones.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing business priorities.
