Job Description
Tenable, the Exposure Management company, is seeking a Bilingual Tech Support Engineer to join their team. This remote position, based in São Paulo, Brazil, will involve providing support for Tenable's product suite, including Tenable.io, Nessus, Tenable.sc, and more.Role involves:
- Analyzing and addressing customer technical inquiries.
- Analyzing vulnerability scan results, system audits, and log events.
- Recreating customer software issues in a lab environment.
- Ensuring customer feedback is properly channeled into Product Management and Research & Development.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Tenable products and information security best-practices.
- Creating and publishing solution knowledge for re-use by customers and Tenable employees.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Must be located in São Paulo, Brazil area.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Working knowledge of networking, Linux/Unix, macOS, Windows administration.
- Previous experience in customer support or network security.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work hours supporting the US Eastern/LATAM time zones.
