Job Description

DEPT® is seeking a CRM Project Manager to join its Personalised Content team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The team specializes in hyper-personalized, digital communications for clients like eBay, Uber, and Walmart. The Project Manager will build strong client relationships and oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns.

The role involves:

  • Managing, drafting, and reviewing client briefs.
  • Ensuring client deadlines are met across multiple campaigns.
  • Liaising with clients and managing expectations.
  • Distilling client feedback to designers and copywriters.
  • Prioritizing workloads for the team.
  • Maintaining a full understanding of clients’ business and objectives.
  • Building excellent working relationships with key clients.
  • Ensuring success criteria are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintaining knowledge of DEPT® products and services.
  • Escalating internal and external issues to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing communications, including digital and direct.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ambitious with the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work within short timeframes and meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated to learn and grow.
  • Personable and a motivating team player.
  • Moderate understanding of production and interactive processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Superb planning and organization ability.
  • Ability to manage and develop client and supplier relationships.
  • Basic understanding of financials to effectively manage budgets.
