DEPT® is seeking a CRM Project Manager to join its Personalised Content team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The team specializes in hyper-personalized, digital communications for clients like eBay, Uber, and Walmart. The Project Manager will build strong client relationships and oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns.
The role involves:
Managing, drafting, and reviewing client briefs.
Ensuring client deadlines are met across multiple campaigns.
Liaising with clients and managing expectations.
Distilling client feedback to designers and copywriters.
Prioritizing workloads for the team.
Maintaining a full understanding of clients’ business and objectives.
Building excellent working relationships with key clients.
Ensuring success criteria are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Maintaining knowledge of DEPT® products and services.
Escalating internal and external issues to senior management.
Requirements:
Experience delivering multi-channel marketing communications, including digital and direct.
Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
