Job Description
Motive is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, SMB Sales - Outbound to lead and scale global sales teams. This role involves managing the operation and execution of a sales team, consistently achieving revenue targets, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be based in or willing to travel to Islamabad or Lahore.Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed bookings and revenue targets with a team of Account Executives
  • Set inbound / outbound appointment and pipeline targets and ensure consistent execution/ accountability and execute KPIs and other operating metrics to assess team effectiveness
  • Ensure consistent execution of end-to-end sales playbook, and work closely with sales operations to align CRM process and also sales management training and coaching programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization
  • Teach and measure your sales team key responsibilities which include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and net new customers and assist in achieving / exceeding quota targets on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis
  • Pipeline planning - Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a pipeline - keep pipeline current
  • Be proficient in and bring all Motive offers to bear on sales pursuits including VG, Dashcam and new products. Share best practice sales and negotiation skills and sell ’s value and benefits.
  • Listening to calls and coaching the Account Executives to improve skill set and mentor Account Executives
  • Understand, audit and forecast business to leadership
  • Deliver Demos & Negotiate deals sourced by the Account executives.
  • Conduct interviews, assist enablement and onboarding team with training and development of account executives.
  • Drive growth by identifying new ways to close more business and uncover additional revenue opportunities. This includes ensuring that all account buckets are being actively and strategically worked, and developing a tactical, data-driven approach to prioritize and engage those accounts effectively.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in Sales leadership (plus), technology/product company preferred
  • At least 4+ years in International Sales, US Market preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably an overseas degree from US/UK/Canada) and/or in-depth exposure to US/Canada/UK B2B customers
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales and demonstrated success with transactions and a short sales cycle in a fast-paced competitive market
  • Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills
  • Ability to mentor and hold team accountable for pipeline management
  • Self-starter who can take on an ambiguous project and be resourceful to get it done
