Axon is seeking a Senior Digital Campaigns Specialist to lead its search-based advertising and SEO initiatives. This role is crucial for connecting Axon's audience with its transformative solutions. The Senior Digital Campaigns Specialist will own and execute Axon’s search-based digital marketing strategy, ensuring paid and organic search efforts drive quality traffic, leads, and conversions. They will collaborate with campaign managers, content teams, and analytics stakeholders to optimize campaign performance and improve search rankings.

What This Role Involves:
  • Developing, launching, and optimizing PPC campaigns in search engine ad platforms.
  • Conducting ongoing keyword research to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and expansion.
  • Monitoring and analyzing paid search performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Leading SEO strategy, working closely with content and web teams to enhance site performance.
  • Running comprehensive SEO site audits across technical, content, and off-site factors.
  • Tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Ensuring alignment between paid and organic search strategies.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, managing PPC campaigns and SEO initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and keyword strategy.
  • Advanced experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Bing Ads, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Familiarity with popular Content Management Systems and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, curious, solution-oriented, and highly collaborative mindset.
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience crafting high-performing, conversion-focused ad and website copy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
