StraitsX, a Singapore-based fintech company providing payments infrastructure for digital assets in Southeast Asia, is seeking an Account Onboarding Associate. This role involves being the main point of contact for StraitsX clients during onboarding, ensuring a quick and seamless process. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales teams, collect and coordinate requests for compliance, legal, and account operations, and utilize their judgment to ensure a compliant and secure onboarding process. They will also contribute to product development with client feedback and track key onboarding metrics.
What this role involves: - Acting as the main point of contact for StraitsX clients during onboarding.
- Working closely with sales teams to understand client relationships.
- Collecting and coordinating requests for compliance, legal, and account operations.
- Ensuring a compliant and secure onboarding process.
- Contributing to product development with client feedback.
- Tracking key onboarding metrics.
Requirements: - Minimum 1-2 years of banking or financial services experience.
- Strong preference for corporate client onboarding / KYC experience.
- Experience adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and partnership skills.
- Data-driven and customer-centric approach.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hubspot (advantage).
