CVX Ventures is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their team in Oslo, Norway. The ideal candidate will be passionate about venture capital and identifying groundbreaking startups. This role involves discovering, evaluating, and selecting promising early and growth-stage companies across various industries.CVX Ventures is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors, connecting experienced professionals and investors with high-potential startups. The company has a community of over 700 members who have collectively invested more than 800 million DKK in over 100 companies since 2020. CVX has offices in Copenhagen, London, and Oslo.Role Involves:

• Playing a key role in the entire investment process.
• Managing a portfolio and identifying promising growth companies.
• Creating and maintaining a strong deal flow.
• Building relationships in the startup ecosystem.
• Evaluating investment opportunities.

Requirements:

• High work capacity and ability to execute.
• Strong drive and a desire to excel.
• Proactive approach and ownership.
• Passion for analyzing and investing in companies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results.
• 1–3 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, or finance.
