CVX Ventures is seeking an Investment Associate to join their team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will be passionate about venture capital and possess a strong drive to identify and evaluate promising early-stage and growth-stage companies across various industries. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in the entire investment process, from initial contact to closing deals, while working alongside experienced investors and entrepreneurs.CVX Ventures is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors, connecting experienced professionals and investors with carefully selected startups and growth companies with significant potential. Since 2020, their community has grown to over 700 members, who have collectively invested over 800 million DKK in more than 100 companies.Role Involves:

• Leading the entire investment process.
• Managing a portfolio of promising growth companies.
• Generating deal flow through networking and direct outreach.
• Evaluating opportunities by analyzing business models, markets, and teams.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Ability to close deals.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results.
• 3-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, or banking.
