CVX Ventures is seeking a passionate Investment Banking Associate to join their team in Oslo, Norway. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about venture capital and identifying groundbreaking startups. The Investment Banking Associate will play a crucial role in discovering, evaluating, and selecting promising early and growth-stage companies across various industries.CVX Ventures is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors, connecting experienced professionals and investors with carefully selected startups and growth companies. Since 2020, their community has grown to over 700 members, investing more than 800 million DKK in over 100 companies.Responsibilities:

• Play a vital role in the entire investment process, from initial contact to deal completion.
• Manage a portfolio and identify and collaborate with promising growth companies.
• Create and maintain a strong deal flow, acting quickly on opportunities.
• Build visibility and relationships in the startup ecosystem through events and networking.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, assessing business models, markets, and teams.
