The role involves identifying, assessing, and selecting promising start-up and scale-up companies across various industries. The Management Consulting Associate will play a central role in the entire investment process, from initial contact to deal closure. They will be responsible for their own portfolio, ensuring the identification and collaboration with high-potential growth companies.CVX Ventures is looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and a passion for analysis and investments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills, strong social abilities, and a genuine interest in people.Responsibilities:

• Playing a central role in the entire investment process.
• Managing own portfolio.
• Building and maintaining a strong deal flow.
• Generating deal flow through networking and events.
