CVX Ventures is seeking a Venture Associate to join their team in Copenhagen, Denmark. CVX Ventures is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors, connecting experienced professionals and investors with high-potential startups and growth companies. The Venture Associate will play a key role in discovering, assessing, and selecting promising start-up and scale-up companies across industries.Role involves:

• Playing a central role in the entire investment process.
• Managing a portfolio and identifying promising growth companies.
• Building and maintaining a strong deal flow.
• Generating deal flow through networking and events.
• Evaluating opportunities by assessing business models, markets, and teams.

Requirements:

• High work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Ability to close deals.
• Proactive approach and responsibility.
• Passion for analysis and investments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong social skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong results.
• 3-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar.
