CVX Ventures is seeking a Venture Associate to play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and selecting promising early-stage and growth-stage companies across various industries. The Venture Associate will be responsible for deal flow, analysis, and investment decisions.CVX Ventures is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors, connecting experienced professionals and investors with carefully selected startups and growth companies. Since 2020, their community has grown to over 700 members, who have collectively invested over 800 million DKK in more than 100 companies. CVX has 20 ambitious and talented people in Copenhagen, London, and Oslo.Role involves:

• Leading the entire investment process.
• Managing a portfolio and collaborating with growth companies.
• Creating and managing deal flow.
• Building a presence in the startup ecosystem.
• Evaluating opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to close deals.
• Proactive approach.
• Passion for analysis and investments.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results.
• 3-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar.
