Job Description

CVX Ventures is seeking a Co-Founder to lead the company through its next phase of expansion in existing and new markets. The Co-Founder will be the driving force behind the mission to build Europe’s largest and most active angel investor network. This is a hands-on leadership role where the Co-Founder will shape vision, execute strategy, and hire and inspire teams across borders.CVX Ventures is one of Europe's fastest growing venture investors, empowering partners to invest in hand-picked cases that match their interests, industries, and expertise. Since 2020, the community has grown to include over 700 members who have collectively invested more than DKK 800 million into 100+ companies. CVX currently consists of 20 ambitious and talented individuals across Copenhagen, London and Oslo.Role involves:

• Leading the growth and execution across all CVX markets.
• Building, managing, and inspiring high-performing local teams.
• Owning the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence.
• Leading the continuous expansion of the angel investor network across Europe.
• Representing CVX publicly at events and in media.
• Being involved in deal flow, investment decisions, and startup ecosystem engagement.
• Driving culture, excellence, and performance across all markets.

Requirements:

• +5 years of experience with a hunger to build and lead a business.
• A strong leader with the humility to learn and grow.
• Willingness to relocate temporarily as new markets open.
• Experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups.
• Passion for startups, investing, and building ecosystems.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
• A strategic thinker who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.
• A strong sales mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
