Job Description

CVX Ventures is seeking a Founder to spearhead its expansion across Europe. This role involves leading the growth and execution of CVX markets, building and inspiring high-performing local teams, and owning the global strategy. The Founder will represent CVX publicly, drive culture, and participate in deal flow and investment decisions. They will report directly to the Board.

• Lead growth and execution across all CVX markets
• Build, manage, and inspire high-performing local teams
• Own the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence
• Lead the expansion of the angel investor network
• Represent CVX publicly
• Be involved in deal flow and investment decisions
• Drive culture, excellence, and performance

CVX Ventures requires:

• +5 years of experience building and leading a business
• A strong leader with humility
• Willingness to relocate temporarily
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
• Passion for startups and investing
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strategic thinking and hands-on approach
• Strong sales mindset
• Fluency in English
